01. Personal income tax exemption limit is being raised from Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 2.5 lakh and For senior citizens, the exemption limit will be Rs. 3 lakh.

Employee Information Management

Employee Information Management

Employee Information Management can manage all details of employee starting from his professional detail, personal details, contact details, Immigration, Experience, Asset, Allowances, and Insurance.

Employee Increment:-
User can Add/View the increment details of all employees working in the organization as well as of employees who have previously worked in the organization.


Employee Transfer / Deputation:-
Transfer and deputation details of employees can be added and viewed from here. The effect of transfer and deputation will be seen in salary generation.





Grade Wise Allowance:-
Either all employees of the grade or few employees can be assigned allowance, multiple allowance of can be assigned to single or multiple employees of a grade. The effect of allowance increment/deduction mode can be in % or major currency that company uses with either increment or deduction type (as per entry in master).


Employee Week Off:-
Employees can be assigned week off individually or multiple according to the search criteria. The effect of week off will be seen in leave and salary modules.
If employee/s is/are not assigned week off then the week off of the branch that they belong to would be considered for further calculation.
If employee/s don’t have both; individual or branch wise week off assigned then the general week off of the company would be considered.


Half Week Off :-
Employees can be assigned half week off and alternative half week off which will be effected in leave and salary calculation.


Employee In/Out :-
Employees In/Out attendance can be obtained automatically from the attendance device, which is integrated with the system. There by giving accurate details of employee attendance time. Admin can add/edit the attendance details of employee in case employee/s forgot to punch onto attendance machine, with proper comments In/Out date and time.
The effect of In/Out entry will be seen in salary generation according to the branch wise setting done for the late or early entry/exit, overtime.


Employee Shift Change :-
Employees are assigned shift in the employee master, but in case if the shift of employee/s changes then it can be done in this module. Temporary shift details can also be assigned to the employee/s.


Employee Warning Details :-
Details of any employee if given warning for misconduct, late coming etc can be added. Warning type will be fetched from the master entry of type of warning.




 

Payroll Recruitment Management


Web-based automated system for Recruitment process. It helps your recruiters and recruitment Managers to easily manage the candidate resumes, posts jobs to various sources, shortlist eligible candidates, manage candidate Interviews and send offer letters.

Recruitment Process Master
Admin can define all the recruitment process that the organization follows to recruit the candidate. And create a pre-defined template form of questions; that needs to be asked or to be considered while taking the subsequent interviews.

 

Recruitment Application
Admin/Department Manager/HR can raise the application of recruitment with required details. Admin/HR can analyse the application and post it on website.
HR/Admin can decide the interview panel for each recruitment process individually and rating for each process with interview date and time.
Selected interviewers will receive alert and can give rating according to the performance of candidate on interview day from their respective logins. Unique job code for each job posted will be created.
 
Recruitment Posted Details
Tracking the status of job viz. number of resumes/applicants for corresponding job and number candidates short listed for each. The job which has been posted will be visible on website from the decided starting date to job closing date.
 
Resume Import
If company wants to consider walk – in applicants or has allocated posting requirements to any consultancy then, in order to add such candidates to the system ,just import them from an excel format.

Posted Resume Collection
Heart of recruitment module contains all resume data for each job application and status of all candidate those who applied or those have been rejected in any process for future references. Resumes can be filtered according to the requirements with advance filter options. HR/Admin can directly shortlist the candidate/s and call them for interview. Candidates will be given notification via email or SMS.

Candidate Details
Status of each candidate who has been short listed for interview will be shown along with the rating given by the interviewer/s for each process. The remuneration and employment details of those candidate/s who have successfully completed the all the recruitment process will be decided.

Candidate Finalization Details 
After all employment details are done candidate can be finalized to be added as employee in the system.

Salary Management Software


Salary Software will calculate and display the working hours and OT (Over Time) hours of selected employee on the daily basis. Admin can modify the OT hours that is to be approved and save the details which will calculated in the salary.

Bonus Details
Admin can give bonus amount to any employee as per company norms. Admin can set the criteria on the basis of “Basic Salary”, “Gross”, “Consolidated” and “Fix”. Bonus can also be effective in salary by selecting month and year. Bonus can be given in Fix amount or on basis of percentage.




Performance Details
Admin can give performance points to any employee as per the data from performance master.  

Advance Details
Admin can manage the advance details of any employee. Admin can enter the amount to be given as advance to the employee which will be reflected in his next salary generation.
Monthly Salary
Based on Monthly Attendance – present / absent – salary is processed. System will automatically calculate salary of employee on basis of In/Out entries, approved OT’s, Loan, Leave Details, Arrears, Deduction, IT Tax and Advance of that employee for selected month and year. After saving the record, it will display the net amount of salary that is to be paid to employee.
Manually Salary
System will calculate the salary of selected employee on selected month and year on the basis of details entered by admin manually.
Salary Daily
System will calculate the salary of selected employee on selected month and year on the basis of details entered by admin manually.
Salary Settlement
This is module is effective when the employee is given increment, however he/she is yet to be given the increment amount. Admin can use this module to track and add all salary settlements.
Full and Final Settlement
System will automatically calculate pending dues, leaves, loan, assets and any outstanding salary in case employee leaving the company or organization.
Payment Process
If employee salary is to be given by cheque then system will display that employee/s. Admin can enter the cheque details that is given to the employee/s.
Month Lock
Once all the salary procedures of any particular month are done it

Leave Management Software

Leave Management Software can manage the details of various leaves that company provides. All details pertaining to the leave can be added viz. if leave is paid, encash able , carry forward days, minimum and maximum limit of days that can be assigned in this type of leave.



Leave Details
Grade wise assigning leaves. Multiple leaves can be assigned to single grade and multiple grades can be assigned single leave. The employees of the grade would be only able to enjoy those leaves which have been assigned to their grade.

Leave Opening
Employees can be assigned leave opening days according to the effective date grade wise or leave wise. The number of leaves assigned to employees will be according to the minimum and maximum leave days decided in the leave master.

Leave Application
Employees themselves or employee supervisor/ HR on behalf of employee can apply for leave. Employees will only be benefited with leaves assigned and leaves assigned to them. Employees leave days will reduce according to the leave days and type of leave taken. Employee/s won’t be able to apply for leave if his/her leave balance is zero. Leave application in admin side will show only those whose application status is pending.

Leave Approval
Admin/supervisor/HR can approve/reject pending leave applications with updations wherever required. The status of leave will change to approve/reject accordingly.

Leave Updates
Admin/HR can edit or update those leave which has been already approved. In case employee reduces or increases his leave period. Changes in leave balance will be done automatically.

Leave Cancellation
This module is effective only if employee has applied for leave yet he/she has come to office i.e. his attendance detail shows him/her as present for that day which was supposed to be a holiday. Admin can approve it according to the attendance detail. The leave balance will be rolled back for that number of days.


Leave Carry Forward
Leave can be carried forward for the month or year selected for employee/s.

Leave Encashment
Leave encashment application, which employee has applied from his ESS login. Admin can approve or reject the application.
